Hudi has worked in places across the globe since the age of 17 for various prestigious restaurants, caterers, bakeries, and pastry shops as sous chef, chef de cuisine and executive chef, including as a sous chef in the renowned Pardes Restaurant.
Hudi started Riven Gourmet to bring the fine dining experience to the comfort of your home or vacation getaway.
As a Kosher private chef, each experience is a unique one, tailored to each customer's specific tastes and preferences.
